Transferring Calls
With the caller on the line:

1. Press the Transfer button (the call is put on hold).
2. Dial the extension number (or press the custom extension button and/or use the directory to find the party).
3. Press the Transfer softkey for Blind Transfer OR Wait for an answer to announce the caller to the party.
4. Hang up to transfer or press the CANCEL softkey to return to the caller.

Transfer Calls to Voice Mail
With the caller on the line:

1. Press the Transfer button (the call is put on hold).
2. Dial the extension number.
3. Press the MORE softkey.
4. Press TO MB softkey.
5. Hang up.
