To place a call on hold, while the call is in progress, press the Hold button. The call is only held at your phone.

To return to a held call from your phone, lift the handset at your phone. Then press the Hold button or press the flashing Call Key.

To return to a held call from another phone, press UnPark and then dial the extension number.

Please note that if your phone is idle while a call is on hold, you will hear a reminder ring in 15 seconds and again at one minute intervals.
