Tips To Stick To Your New Year’s Resolutions
Write
Physically write down your resolutions. No need to share your goals on social media. As long as you write it down, it makes it feel more official. And the physical copy can serve as a reminder that your goal is tangible.
Plan
After you write it down, devise a plan of action. How will you achieve said goal? Break down the steps or the means you will pursue to make it happen. For example, if you want to quit smoking, make a list of treatment plans you want to consider trying. Or if you want to lose weight, create a gym schedule or an exercise and meal plan.
Visibility
Out of sight, out of mind. That is precisely why you need to keep these goals visible. Make it a part of your day to review your goal to help keep you on track. Set a reminder on your phone, keep a note by your mirror or carry it around in your wallet or purse.
Realistic
Just because it is possible does not necessarily mean it is probable. Be realistic and set attainable goals. Setting lofty goals can be daunting and may work against your confidence. If you’d like, breakdown your ultimate goal into smaller ones, that way they aren’t too intimidating and you can celebrate your accomplishments along the way.
Accountability
Involve your loved ones. Let someone you trust in on your plans, that way when you’re feeling discouraged, they can help you stay on track. Even better, if they have similar goals, you can create a group and work together.
Don’t Stop
As you continue to succeed, you can modify your goals and resolutions. For example, if your goal involves spending less money on certain things, you can start a savings account for your surplus funds, or donate to a charity of your choice.
Don’t Wait
These tips don’t just apply to New Year’s resolutions. Employ these tactics throughout the year, whether it is in regards to things like work, school, family, or relationships. It’s never too late to start!

The Little Known Benefits Of VoIP
Productivity-boosting Automation
No need for costly switchboards or physical rerouting of calls because VoIP takes care of that. The ability to route office calls to your mobile phone allows you to work on the go and use your time more efficiently.
Level Playing Field
VoIP systems offer geographic numbers now, so smaller businesses can give customers a more local impression. This should not be misconstrued as deception; it simply allows smaller businesses the opportunity to be seen and enables customers to weigh all of the available options.
Going Off The Grid
Because there are numerous VoIP service providers out there, you don’t necessarily have to use big name companies. Smaller credible and independent firms are happy to deliver quality services to you without legacy issues.
Scalable D.I.Y. Telephony
VoIP systems allow you more hands on management. You can easily expand, modify, and manage your system with relatively no outside intervention.
Do you utilize a VoIP phone system? What other benefits of VoIP have you experienced or encountered? Share with your peers and us on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and Pinterest!

Inter-Tel Phone Manual: How To Change The Language On The Inter-Tel Axxess Phone
Did you know that you can change the language on your Inter-Tel Axxess phone? In order to do so, the multilingual feature must be enabled in Premium features. These phones offer English and Japanese language options. However, if Japanese language prompts are not yet installed and the user tries to access them, the English prompts will show instead. You should note that only digital keysets can be used to view Japanese prompts because analog keysets don’t support Japanese displays.
To learn how change the language on your InterTel Axxess phone, follow along as we break down the steps.
First, the station user must enter the Change Language feature code (301) while the phone is idle. For keyset phones, dial 301 to change between English and Japanese. The display will change to the current language. Please note that a keyset user may assign the Change Language feature code to any user-programmable key.
For Single-Line Set phones, lift the handset and dial 301. To verify the current language, you can call and AXXESSORY Talk application that does not override the device language.
Please remember that changing a keyset’s language automatically changes its display. For example, if a station changes from English to Japanese while in do-not-disturb mode with message 02, the display would change from English message 02 to Japanese message 02.
And that is how you change the language on your InterTel Axxess phone. We are always adding new video tutorials so be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel. You may also connect with us on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and Pinterest for updates.

The Heart Of Communication
While it has taken on different forms and responsibilities, there’s still no denying its staying power. But how has the telephone evolved and lasted so long?
Access
Nearly anyone and everyone has access to a phone. Whether you have a company phone, a desk phone, your own personal phone, or even a pay phone (in rare, remote locations, you can still find them), there is a way to reach you by phone call. Our unique phone numbers help to prevent fraud and improve customer service. For example, with mobile apps, your phone number can act as a way of verifying your identification. Because everyone has access to a phone, communication is quicker and more efficient.
Affordability
Phone systems and service are moderated as a utility, which helps to keep costs reasonable. The desire to remain connected helps to motivate people to want to own a mobile phone or landline. While smartphones and such can run up high prices, there are plenty of affordable options available, including desk phones and consumer phones.
Universal
Phones are universally accepted and used. Mostly every business, no matter what the industry, has a phone system. Certain businesses may rely heavily on phones while others may not, but it is understood that a phone call is an easy and direct way to get things done.
Features/Functionality
Remember fax machines? Most businesses have wiped that out since email came along, however, some businesses still use it. These businesses usually have a dedicated phone line set up to receive faxes. Also, Internet and phone systems sometimes go hand in hand. Remember dialup Internet services? That required a phone line. While that is nearly obsolete now, DSL and some broadband services still require a phone line to deliver services.
Mobility
If you don’t have a phone in your pocket, or purse, or sitting on a desk or table top nearby, you are one of the few. Mobile phones were first used to help companies stay connected to their employees on the field. Nowadays, smart phones have all the capabilities to allow employees to work remotely.
Direct Connection
Out of all the ways to communicate, besides face-to-face, telephones offer the most direct communication. No need to wait around for a response or risk a miscommunication because phone calls can offer immediate resolution.
Whether it’s your smartphone, desk phone, or home phone, what do you love so much about the telephone? Share your thoughts with us on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and Pinterest.
